Rodney Etienne – East Point Police Department

Former Officer Rodney Etienne was indicted in 2022 for his involvement in the 2018 shooting of unarmed man Devin Nolley. Etienne allegedly shot Nolley without justification while he was running away after a car chase, resulting in Nolley becoming a quadriplegic. Charges included violation of oath, reckless conduct, aggravated assault, and aggravated battery.
