In January 2025, Officer Joseph Tucker Harris was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, filing a false report, and third-degree battery. He was captured on his patrol car camera physically assaulting a handcuffed inmate, Billy Lee Coram, by punching, elbowing, and slamming a car door on Coram’s head during a transfer from a hospital to jail. Harris was fired in August 2024 following the incident. A federal lawsuit alleging violation of Coram’s constitutional rights is set for trial in May 2026. Harris was released on a $15,000 bond.

  • Browse the Forums: Check if your local law enforcement has been documented

Important Community Guidelines

It is strictly against our rules to:

  • Make threats of any kind
  • Share private information such as personal emails, home addresses, or phone numbers

Violation of these rules will result in immediate content removal and possible account suspension.

Why This Matters

By organizing this data, we can potentially demonstrate when officers were previously aware of laws they later claim ignorance of, challenging qualified immunity defenses and promoting accountability.
