Officer James Calhoun assisted in executing a search warrant in 2002 at Brockinton’s residence, based on claims that a stolen boat was present. The boat was seized and returned to the claimant, Pamela Murphy. Brockinton filed a lawsuit alleging violation of his constitutional rights.
