Captain Scott McFarland oversaw an investigation in 2011 into FTO Grisham’s conduct, following complaints about Grisham’s negative comments about supervisors. The investigation resulted in Grisham’s removal as an FTO and a lawsuit alleging retaliation. The court determined that McFarland’s actions were appropriate and dismissed the lawsuit.
