In December 2020, Sgt. Ashley Stibbard faced a criminal investigation for allegedly claiming overtime hours not worked during her assignment to the COVID-19 Enforcement Team. She was reportedly observed leaving early while still claiming overtime, leading to allegations of theft and falsifying government documents. Consequently, she was reassigned to desk duty during the investigation.
