Officer Rayshon Williams was involved in two off-duty incidents on January 25, 2017, alongside Officer Larry Curtis. In the first, they caused alarm at a local liquor store, leading to a 911 call. They returned later, confronting a citizen with derogatory language. In the second incident, at another establishment, both officers engaged in a verbal altercation that escalated into a physical confrontation. Williams received a two-week unpaid suspension for his role in these incidents.
