Justin White – Shreveport Police Department

On December 15, 2020, Officer Justin White witnessed Officer Montrell Jackson allegedly assault Brandon Kennedy outside a Family Dollar store but did not intervene. White took Kennedy’s groceries and informed him he could retrieve them after a hospital visit. The incident resulted in a federal lawsuit settled in December 2022 for $20,000. White remains employed by the department.
