In March 2017, Officer White was found intoxicated in her marked police vehicle outside a bar in Ponchatoula. She had driven the vehicle while off-duty and under the influence of alcohol and medication, which violated department policies and endangered public safety. Following an internal investigation, White was terminated from the Mandeville Police Department.
