Former Officer Stephen Dodd faced allegations of sexually assaulting minors during his tenure. In 2015, multiple individuals came forward with claims that Dodd abused them in the 1980s and 1990s. While no criminal charges were pursued, civil lawsuits were filed, some of which were settled by 2020.
