Detective Robert Weaver engaged in inappropriate sexual conduct with a female recruit in September 2020. He later showed explicit photos of the recruit to other officers and impersonated her by creating a fake phone account to send a nude photo of her torso to another officer. Despite these actions, Weaver was not disciplined by the department.
