Keenen Shouse – Columbia Police Department

In May 2023, Officer Keenen Shouse participated in an arrest outside Harpo’s Bar and Grill, during which excessive force was allegedly used, including the use of mace and a taser. A federal lawsuit was filed against Shouse for assault, battery, and excessive force. He is no longer employed by the department.
