David Boruchowitz – Pahrump Police Department

In 2014, Boruchowitz was criminally charged with harassing a former District Attorney and abusing his authority. A judge dismissed the case. He subsequently sued the District Attorney for violating his constitutional rights with malicious prosecution, but the lawsuit was dismissed in 2017.
