In July 2008, Officer Kevin Parry participated in an unlawful raid where he assaulted Alanda Forrest, resulting in severe injuries. Parry later admitted to fabricating police reports and planting drugs, leading to over 200 criminal cases being dismissed. He pleaded guilty to conspiracy to violate civil rights.
