On December 2, 2015, Officer Bailey was involved in obtaining a blood draw search warrant under false pretenses. He misrepresented to the Union County Assistant Prosecutor that the driver involved in a motor vehicle accident had been positively identified, leading to the issuance of the warrant. This action resulted in an investigation by the Prosecutor’s Office, which recommended administrative discipline against him.
