Paul Doucette – Bennington Police Department

As Police Chief, Doucette was implicated in a 2016 case where Bennington police allegedly violated the constitutional rights of John Chinnici by arresting him without probable cause and using coercive tactics during interrogation. The ACLU filed a lawsuit in January 2023, accusing Doucette and other officers of rights violations during the investigation.
