Lawrence Cole – Bennington Police Department

Detective Cole was involved in the 2016 investigation of John Chinnici, where he, along with other officers, allegedly pressured witnesses and used unlawful tactics to secure evidence. The ACLU’s 2023 lawsuit accuses Cole of violating Chinnici’s constitutional rights during this investigation.
