David White – Bradford Police Department

Vermont State Police Trooper David White, associated with the Bradford barracks, was accused in a 2020 lawsuit of using excessive force during an August 2009 incident. Plaintiff James Hart alleged that White, along with former Police Chief Gene Martin, forcibly removed him from his property and used physical force without justification. The Vermont Supreme Court affirmed the dismissal of these claims in 2022.
