Officer Clint Bobrowski – Layton Police Department

In August 2016, Officer Bobrowski publicly accused a Subway employee of spiking his drink with THC and methamphetamine. The initial tests were later found to be inaccurate, and further investigation revealed no evidence of contamination. The employee was cleared of all charges. The incident led to a defamation lawsuit against the Layton Police Department, alleging that the false accusations damaged the business and the employee’s reputation. The lawsuit was settled for $50,000 in 2017.
