Kenneth Nolen – Chambers County Sheriff’s Office

In February 2018, correctional officer Kenneth Nolen faced allegations of sexual misconduct with a female inmate dating back to 2016. After returning to the department for four months, the 2016 incident was reported, leading to his indictment by a grand jury. Nolen was subsequently terminated and arrested on felony charges of custodial sexual misconduct. He was released on bond pending further legal proceedings.
