    In 2008, Officer Brad Knudtsen was accused of creating an uncomfortable work environment by making sexually explicit comments and sharing personal information with a female officer during their shifts together. The officer reported that Knudtsen’s behavior included graphic discussions about his sexual experiences and detailed descriptions of his body parts.
