Kenneth Nolen – Chambers County Sheriff’s Office

Kenneth Nolen, a correctional officer at the Chambers County Detention Facility, faced allegations of sexual misconduct with a female inmate dating back to 2016. After leaving the department and returning for four months, the 2016 incident was reported, leading to his indictment by a grand jury in early 2018. Nolen was terminated and arrested on felony charges of custodial sexual misconduct. He was released on bond pending further legal proceedings.
