    In 1998, Officer Glines testified regarding the strip-search procedures at the Lee County Jail, which involved strip-searching individuals taken into a cell. The searches were conducted in rooms with windows, potentially allowing others to see inside. Glines stated she was trained to block the window with her back during the search. This testimony was part of a lawsuit alleging improper strip-searches at the jail.
