Donovan Cram – York County Sheriff’s Office

In February 2018, Corrections Officer Cram, along with two other officers, restrained detainee Brian Dunnigan while another officer applied a Taser multiple times, causing severe injuries. Dunnigan filed a lawsuit in 2019, alleging excessive use of force. In August 2023, the case was settled out of court.
