    Deputy Weitzeil was involved in the 1994 arrest of five men who were charged with criminal syndicalism and intimidation. The charges were dismissed due to lack of evidence. The arrested individuals sued Musselshell County and its deputies, including Weitzeil, under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 for various tort claims. The jury found in favor of the defendants.
