Between January 2004 and May 2005, Sergeant Nancy Luchessi was accused of creating a hostile work environment by yelling at a subordinate, speaking in a degrading manner, assigning improperly completed case investigations, and pressuring the subordinate about workload completion. These actions led to allegations of harassment and a lawsuit against the department.
