One victim reported that Case coerced her into his home under threat of arrest for probation violation and compelled her to engage in sexual acts. Another victim stated that Case forced his way into her home, made unwanted advances, and displayed his firearm to intimidate her. Case was arrested and released on a $250,000 bond.
