    In March 2020, Officer Rhoden was accused by an inmate of retaliatory actions, including denial of telephone and law library access, and threats involving a restraint chair. The inmate alleged these actions were in response to grievances filed against the Sheriff’s Office. However, the court found no evidence of a causal relationship between the grievances and Rhoden’s actions, and granted summary judgment in favor of Rhoden.
