In April 2016, Sgt. Morrison was informed by Deputy Robert Ellison about Deputy McCasland’s admission of intentionally injuring a detainee. Morrison indicated he would report this to Lt. Sanchez. Eight days later, Ellison was terminated from his position. No public disciplinary actions against Morrison have been documented.
