Deputy Jennifer Reynolds was complicit in the abuse of female inmates at the Webster County Jail in 2020. She was aware of Deputy Arthur Dale Collins’ misconduct, which included sexual coercion and physical assault, but failed to take action to stop it. In September 2021, two women filed a federal civil rights lawsuit alleging serious sexual abuse by Collins and other deputies, including Reynolds.
