    In April 2019, Deputy Gregory LaCerra was involved in the arrest of 15-year-old Delucca Rolle in Tamarac, Florida. LaCerra was charged with two counts of battery for using pepper spray on Rolle and throwing him to the ground. He was also charged with falsifying records in connection with the incident. As of December 2019, the internal investigation into LaCerra’s actions had not concluded.
