In October 2008, Officer Jan ‘OJ’ McDuff filed a sex discrimination lawsuit against the city of Helena, alleging she was denied training and pay raises given to her male counterparts and was wrongfully disciplined for her discrimination complaints. She resigned from her position as a school resource officer on February 2, 2009.
