Lee Carden – Vincent Police Department

In August 2022, Officer Lee Carden resigned from the Vincent Police Department after a racist text message sent by one of the department’s officers surfaced on social media. The text contained a racist joke about slavery. Following the incident, the Vincent City Council voted to disband the entire police department.
