    Officer Pynes was present during the 2021 arrest of Mr. Reynolds, where excessive force was allegedly used, including multiple taser deployments. The lawsuit included claims against Pynes for failure to intervene. However, the court concluded that Pynes did not fail to intervene in Reynolds’ arrest, and therefore, there were no constitutional violations attributed to him.
