Jeffery Clifton – Muscle Shoals Police Department

On December 1, 2023, Officer Jeffery Clifton was placed on administrative leave following a domestic violence complaint filed by his girlfriend. He was arrested and charged with third-degree domestic violence, booked into the Colbert County Jail, and later transferred to the Franklin County Jail with a $2,000 bond. The Muscle Shoals Police Department requested the Colbert County Sheriff’s Office to investigate the incident. [Source: WHNT News, December 2, 2023]
