    An oldie but goodie, Battousai was arrested while auditing from a public easement the day after a fellow auditor was arrested in the same location.

    Why is an officer that had been on the job for 30 years and either does not know basic laws , or chooses to ignore the law so he can arrest an innocent person allowed to work at a school district? He currently works at the PASADENA ISD POLICE DEPARTMENT.
