    On June 11, 2023, Officer Jackson responded to a traffic incident where an SUV rear-ended two vehicles, including an unmarked car of an off-duty City of Miami officer. Despite the driver exhibiting signs of intoxication, such as stumbling and difficulty following directions, Officer Jackson did not conduct a DUI investigation, citing a language barrier as the driver spoke only Spanish.
