Alfonso Colon – Elizabeth Police Department

In December 2016, Officer Alfonso Colon prepared a complaint-warrant against Khaseem Greene, leading to Greene’s indictment for unlawful possession of a weapon. Greene alleged that Colon provided false statements and concealed exculpatory evidence. The court denied summary judgment on some counts against Colon in September 2023, allowing those claims to proceed.
