Anthony Zona – Stratford Police Department

In 2020, Officer Anthony Zona was placed on administrative leave and later suspended for 15 days without pay for alleged rudeness to a superior. Zona filed a lawsuit claiming retaliation for suspected whistleblowing related to a cellblock abuse incident. In 2024, a jury ruled in favor of the town, finding no evidence of retaliation.
