Bradley C. Totten – Pocahontas County Sheriff’s Department

Former lieutenant Bradley C. Totten was convicted in November 2013 of felony sexual abuse by a parent, custodian, or guardian. He pled guilty to sexually abusing a 17-year-old girl, with the abuse beginning when she was 15. Totten was sentenced to 10 to 20 years in prison and fined $5,000. His actions severely damaged public trust in law enforcement within the community.
