Bradley C. Totten – Pocahontas County Sheriff’s Department

In October 2012, Jessica Roberts filed a civil suit against the Pocahontas County Commission, the Sheriff’s Department, and former officer Bradley C. Totten. Roberts alleged that Totten coerced her into sexual intercourse on two occasions in 2010 while on duty and continued to harass her after she began working in the Prosecuting Attorney’s office in 2011. The lawsuit was settled in October 2014 for $75,000.
