Brady Lee – Bluffton Police Department

In February 2019, Sergeant Lee was arrested by his own department and charged with public disorderly conduct after an off-duty incident at a local bowling alley. He was detained for over four hours without being charged initially. Weeks later, Lee resigned in lieu of termination. In October 2020, he filed a lawsuit against the Town of Bluffton, its police department, and the former chief, alleging false imprisonment and wrongful termination, seeking reinstatement or back pay.
