Brandon Hicks – Troy Police Department

In December 2017, Officer Brandon Hicks was involved in the arrest of 17-year-old Ulysses Wilkerson, who sustained severe injuries including a cracked eye socket and brain injury. A lawsuit filed in November 2019 accused Hicks and four other officers of unlawful use of force. Hicks was no longer employed by the Troy Police Department at the time of the lawsuit.
