Brian Hounshell – Apache County Sheriff’s Office

In 2007, former Sheriff Brian Hounshell pleaded guilty to solicitation for misuse of public monies, a Class 6 Undesignated Felony. This conviction led to his resignation from the Sheriff’s Office. Despite this, in 2010, Hounshell was rehired by Apache County as the Emergency Management and Preparedness Director.
