Brian Warren – Fyffe Police Department

In July 2012, Officer Brian Warren, along with Officer Anthony Majusiak, filed a lawsuit against Mayor Katy Woodall and the Town of Fyffe, alleging a campaign to discredit and undermine them, including libel, slander, and emotional distress. Shortly after filing the lawsuit, both officers were placed on paid administrative leave and received letters indicating the town’s intent to terminate their employment. They had 10 days to request a hearing with the Fyffe Town Council. The lawsuit aimed to clear their names and restore their reputations.
