Bryan Castellanos – Dunwoody Police Department

Former Officer Bryan Castellanos filed a lawsuit alleging that Lieutenant Fidel Espinoza sexually harassed him by taking photos of him using a urinal without consent and demanding sexual favors and intimate photos in exchange for more time off. In June 2024, a DeKalb County jury awarded Castellanos $180,000 in damages in a civil case against Espinoza.
