Bryan Davis – Conecuh County Sheriff’s Office

In March 2003, Deputy Bryan Davis, along with another deputy, entered Lewis Earl Cain’s property without a warrant, searched vehicles, and arrested Cain after he objected. Cain alleged false imprisonment, assault and battery, and civil-rights violations. The court dismissed the claims against Davis based on state immunity.
