Cameran Gunn – Las Vegas Police Department

In October 2018, Officer Cameran Gunn participated in the fatal shooting of Lloyd Napouk, a 44-year-old man holding a toy sword. After a brief negotiation, officers shot Napouk, who was later found to be holding a plastic sword. Napouk’s family filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the department and Gunn, alleging excessive and unreasonable use of force.
