Charles Underwood – Oconee County Sheriff’s Office

In July 2023, former Captain Charles Underwood was charged with misconduct in office and petit larceny. He allegedly took property, pills, and medication that were not his. The incident occurred at 300 S. Church Street, Walhalla, SC. Underwood was booked at the Oconee County Detention Center, and the case is being prosecuted by the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office.
