Chester Randall Pierce Ouzts – Pickens County Sheriff’s Office

Between October 2021 and January 2022, Detention Officer Ouzts engaged in an inappropriate relationship with a female inmate, involving letters, kissing, providing money, and sexual acts. He was arrested in September 2022, charged with first-degree sexual misconduct with an inmate and misconduct in office, and subsequently terminated from his position.
