In August 2022, Chief Zeke Aull resigned amid an internal investigation following allegations of sexual harassment by a contract employee. The employee also accused Aull of violating university policies related to pay, hiring practices, use of student workers, and unauthorized remote work. Aull had been on paid leave since June 2022 prior to his resignation.
